but once I finished I straight away went into logistics and have worked in a range of industries and countries, from Bathroomware in Chch, to high end boutique fashion in London, from paper furniture in Vancouver, to kids clothing back here in Auckland
What did you know about SCS before you joined the team?
I worked for one of SCS’ customers – JK Kids – so a big part of the reason for me joining the company was the people and culture at SCS
What has been your biggest achievement working for SCS so far?
Stepping out of customer services after 9 years and into my current role as this is a new mountain to conquer
How has SCS supported your career?
It has pushed me outside my comfort zone and makes me constantly think of ways to better myself and the business. I have been lucky enough to have been sent on leadership and technical courses and to have received training from the SLT.
What do you enjoy the most about working for SCS?
Definitely the great people, and the challenge of having to think on your feet and not rest on your laurels.
